Fortunately, we have the equipment, experience and procedures in place to apply to your shoes, bags and clothing. Please let us know if you are sending us such a situation in advance as health and safety measures may be required.

We can recolour shoes or bags in any colour darker than the original… the darker the colour, the more consistent the result. Some limitations do apply, and it is not recommended for suede, nubuck or patent.
A major accident or just some major love, there are good reasons to replace an entire lining. While you’re there, you might as well have some fun with it and make it uniquely yours. Additional sourcing fees may apply.
The trouble with big bags, and their supportive rolled handles, is that we fill them to capacity! The leather stretches beyond the length of the plastic tubing, the tubing breaks or both. Always with our tools at the ready, we’ll unpick stitches, fix what is inside, stitch it back up (ever careful to go in and out of the same holes) and re-do the edge coat. Maybe you should leave a few things back next time.
